The YMCA of the Northwoods has announced that Abbie Cline, its Mission Advancement Director, has been selected as Wisconsin’s 2025 Afterschool Ambassador through the Afterschool Alliance.
This prestigious recognition highlights Abbie’s diligent commitment to enhancing afterschool programs and advocating for the needs of the community’s youth, according to a YMCA press release.
“As an Afterschool Ambassador, Abbie will serve as a spokesperson for the importance of high-quality afterschool programs in our local communities, contributing to the national dialogue on afterschool policies and initiatives,” the release states. “Her passion for creating safe, nurturing environments for children to learn, grow, and thrive is truly inspiring.”
