Benjamin Joseph Bergeson, 47, Rhinelander, cited for possession of drug paraphernalia (forfeiture), has intake on Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Susan Laurene Crazy Thunder, 65, Woodruff, cited for burning without a permit in an intensive area, has intake on Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Jennifer Bree Luczka, 46, Rhinelander, cited for  trespassing to land, had a status conference on Jan. 6 and has intake on Jan. 27, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.

Nicholas Loyal McGraw, 38, Eagle River, cited for resisting/obstructing an officer, had intake on Jan. 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Amy Marie Jalinski, 58, Rhinelander, cited for with property maintenance, has intake on Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Desiree Jeanne Whitaker, 27, Rhinelander, cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, has intake on Jan. 27 at 1:30 p.m.

Peter M. Miller, 47, Rhinelander, cited for placing/using/hunting wild animals with bait (<5 gallons) and taking/attempting to take game without a valid authorization/tag, has intake on Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Macie D. Krause, 20, Minocqua, cited for shoplifting (under $200), has intake on Feb. 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Grady Lee Sloan, 20, Minocqua, cited for shoplifting (under $200), has intake on Feb. 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Tyler Gavin Smith, 18, Arbor Vitae, cited for shoplifting (over $200), has intake on Feb. 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Richard Anthony Bettencourt, 53, Crystal Falls, Mich., charged with retail theft (retaining possession; >$500 - $5,000; repeater), bail jumping (misdemeanor; repeater), had an arrest warrant issued.

Emma D. Beighley, 36, Lac du Flambeau, charged with fraudulent use of a financial transaction card (<=$2,500) and bail jumping (felony), had an initial appearance on Jan. 13 at 1:30 p.m.

Braeden M. Anderson, 17, Iron River, Mich.,  charged with battery (domestic abuse, threat), strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse, threat), and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, threat), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 27 at 10:45 a.m. and a signature bond of $2,500. On a separate citation for underage drinking (procurement, 17-20 years of age, 1st), Anderson has a status conference on Jan. 27 at 10:45 a.m.

Jonathan James Sanders, 47, Three Lakes, charged with battery/threat to judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer, has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 27, at 11:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $2,500. On a separate charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, Sanders has status conference on Jan. 27 at 11:30 a.m.

Antonio Jabar Felton, 33, Waupun, charged with battery by prisoners, had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 9 and a signature bond of $1,000.

John Alan Braem, 61, Appleton, charged with failure to report to jail (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 4 at 11 a.m.
