Rhinelander District Library announces Movie Mondays
The Rhinelander District Library will host monthly Movie Mondays starting on Jan. 13. “The Greatest Showman” will be shown from 5 to 7 p.m. in the library meeting room.
“Relax, eat some popcorn, and start your year with a song!,” library officials said in a press release. “‘The Greatest Showman’ is rated PG for thematic elements and runs for 1 hour, 45 minutes. Attending children must be accompanied by an adult.”
The library has a full slate of programming planned for January, including the following:

• Back by popular demand! Join Sammie from the library for a Sourdough Starter demo on Thursday, Jan. 23, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the library meeting room. Learn how to make and feed a sourdough starter, create all sorts of goodness with the discard, and finally, bread! Starter kits and recipe booklets will be provided for attendees while supplies last.
• Teens, come hang out and get messy with air dry clay! Teens aged 12-18 can visit the library on Friday, Jan. 24 from 1 to 3 p.m. for a Teen Clay Day. Bring your work home, let it dry, and paint it for your own cool pottery creation.

This is an unstructured program; attendees can drop in at any time to build. Blocks will be provided for the duration of the event. Create your own masterpiece or follow the provided building challenge prompts. Meet fellow builders and exchange pro tips. No registration required.
