Pansy, age 97, of Three Lakes, passed away peacefully Feb. 19, 2025, at Friendly Village in Rhinelander. She was born on Monday, June 6, 1927, in Crandon, the daughter of Byrd and Clio (Tiffany) Miller.
Pansy is survived by her husband Dan Frane, her daughters Crystal (Freeman) Bushar and Carla (Mike) Wanty, her sons Myron Allen, Leonard (Dawn) Allen, Brent (Elizabeth Sievert) Allen, Casey Wilson, step daughter Sara Frane, stepson Jesse Abrahamson, her 31 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren her nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Jesse, husbands Inert Wilson, Byron Allen, Bluford Wilson, Dan Frane, step daughter Doris Schnese, daughter Clio/Scotti Kendrick, stepsons Gary, Danny and Bruce Allen, granddaughters Sydney Andres and Isabella Allen-Fritz, grandsons Robert (Bobby) Andres, Michael Wanty and great grandson River Dolling.
Pansy was born in Crandon and then moved to Minnesota where she grew up and went to school. Coming back to Wisconsin, where she worked in a luggage factory, worked as an aide in Winnebago, Crandon, Friendly Village for many years. She also worked as a bus driver at both school and church in Rhinelander. Later working as a home care helper well into her 80s.
She enjoyed her large family, animals and gardening.
She loved Jesus and knew she was loved by God and wanted the same for every person who crossed her path.She loved her family and friends but she looked forward to being with Jesus, her savior, with all of her heart and was ready to be at home with her Lord.
To honor our mother's wishes of not having a funeral, we are having a celebration of life on her 98th birthday June 6 at Jack Lake in Deerbrook, Wisconsin.
