Oneida County Court Report

The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Derek C. Pagel, 35, Harshaw, charged with carrying a concealed knife, bail jumping (felony), possession of methamphetamine, and possess amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 7 and has a cash bond of $10,000.

Zachary William Ames, 34, Rhinelander, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping (felony), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 5 and has a cash bond of $500.

Alonna M. Herche, 34, Eagle River, charged with an OWI (2nd), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 3 at 4 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,000.

Renee Marie Hysell, 32, Eagle River, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violating a court order and operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 24 at 11 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Lisa Jane Butcher, 45, Tomahawk, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violating a court order and operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 24 at 11 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Kyle Andrew Kennedy, 46, Rhinelander, cited for operating an ATV/UTV without a registration plate attached as required (failure to affix decals as required), has intake on March 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Rylee Christien Howlett, 19, Merrill, cited for possession of an illegally-sized fish, intake on March 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Thomas J. Blaszke, 39, Rhinelander, had an extradition hearing on Feb. 4.

Peter Velasco, 43, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC (2nd+ offense), bail jumping (felony) and OWI (2nd), has a preliminary hearing on March 5 at 3 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Ryan L. Meyer, 42, Minocqua, charged with battery (domestic abuse, infliction of physical pain or injury), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), and bail jumping (misdemeanor), has a pre-trial conference on March 25 at 2:45 p.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Clairessa Selina Rae Nelis, 32, Ashland, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), and bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 3 at 3:15 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Desiree L. McGinnity, 21, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 18 at 11:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

James J. Lange, 41, Rhinelander, charged with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping (felony), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 12 and has a signature bond of $2,000.

Bianca Jane Spoerl, 24, Fitchburg, cited for with fishing without a license (R), has intake on Feb. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Michael Howard Wendt, 62, Rhinelander, cited for trapping with untagged traps and illegal trapping/baiting, has intake on March 24 at 9:30 a.m.

James Harold Treu, 77, Hazelhurst,cited for fishing with > 3 hooks/lines/baits (1-2 over), has intake on March 24 at 9:30 a.m.

James Kenneth Storma, 74, Rhinelander, cited for the unpermitted use of a camper/RV within the city, had intake on Feb. 17.

Michael Anthony Leo, 64, Rhinelander, is charged with possession of methamphetamines, has an initial appearance on Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m.

Payton J. Volkening, 18, Rhinelander, charged with possession drug paraphernalia (forfeiture) and underage drinking (possession, 17-20 years of age, 1st), has intake on Nov. 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Peter John Hodkiewicz, 59, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, has intake on Feb. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Richanda Alex-Marie James, 32, Rhinelander, charged with county retail theft (intentionally taking), has intake on Feb. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Tyler Christopher Michalski, 22, Pelican Lake, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, has intake on Feb. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Joshua Jeffrey Klamik, 20, Dousman, cited for underage drinking (possession, 17-20 years of age, 1st), has  intake on March 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Brandon Lee Lapalm, 37, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, has intake on March 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Amanda Lynn Meurer, 36, Rhinelander, cited for contributing to truancy, has intake on March 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Nathan James Kieffer, 33, Woodruff, charged with disorderly conduct (county/municipality), has intake on March 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Joshua A. Mayeau, 28, Boulder Junction, charged with possession of THC (ordinance violation), has intake on March 10 at 9:30 a.m.
