Jerome L. Piasecki

Jerome L. Piasecki, 86, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2025, under the care of St. Croix Hospice at Our Town Tomah Assisted Living.

He was born on February 20, 1938, in Rhinelander, son of the late August and Angeline (Karwoski) Piasecki. 

Jerome served his country in the United States Navy and had a long career working for the Tomah Veterans Administration. His favorite pastime was golfing.

Survivors include his children, Michele Kropetz, Susan Piasecki, Jennifer Piasecki and Pamela Finch; grandchildren, sister, Sharon Shaver and brother, Edwin (Peggy) Piasecki, numerous other relatives and friends.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Alan Piasecki, and a daughter, Lisa Irwin.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services all at the Stewart Avenue funeral Home.
