Nicolet College Foundation to accept scholarship applications in February
At the start of the new calendar year, the Nicolet College Foundation is gearing up to accept scholarship applications for the 2025-26 academic year and encourages those planning to attend Nicolet College to apply.
Scholarship applications will be accepted online Feb. 1-28, and awarded scholarships will be available for use in the fall, spring and summer terms during the 2025-26 academic year.
Scholarship awards range form $250 to $10,000 and funding can help pay for tuition and books. Any current or future Nicolet College student who is enrolled or will be enrolled in at least three credits per term and has a cumulative grade point average of a 2.0 or higher is eligible to apply.
High school seniors who plan to attend Nicolet College in the fall are also encouraged to apply for scholarships.
“Scholarships made available through Nicolet College Foundation have supported countless students over the years,” Nicolet College Foundation executive director Heather Schallock said in a press release. “Our goal is to continue providing opportunities for current and future students to achieve their academic and personal dreams.”
Prior scholarship recipients have expressed gratitude for the support.
“It really means a lot and the fact that people are just willing to help other people succeed and contribute to their society is just really inspiring, and I hope to be able to do it someday,” said Makayla Mahler, a nursing program student.
Early childhood education student Madilyn Baumann also echoed the desire to repay the support that has helped her succeed.
“I am determined to make the most of your generosity and give back to the community that has supported me,” Baumann said.
