Dana Michael Wincentsen, 54, Rhinelander, is charged with using/hunting over bait/feed, intake on Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Raymond Alan Yunk, 25, Eagle River, is charged with fishing with unattended lines, intake on Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Richard E.P. Jorgensen, 29, Rhinelander, is charged with operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal) and bail jumping (misdemeanor), pre-trial conference on Feb. 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. and a cash bond of $150.

Eron Wayne Gorr, 44, Tomahawk, is charged with retail theft (altering price; <=$500), initial appearance on Jan. 12, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.

Levi Ross Samuelson, 18, Rhinelander, is charged with criminal damage to property, initial appearance on Jan. 12, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.

Braelen Keith Hesch, 17, Hazelhurst, is charged with operating a snowmobile on prohibited public property and operating a snowmobile without a safety certificate, intake on Feb. 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Desiree Juanita Phillips, 36, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Matthew L. Roberts, 33, Rhinelander, is charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 19 at 11:00 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Marylyn V. Pierce, 52, Rhinelander, is charged with an OWI (3rd) and possession of an illegally obtained prescription, adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 2, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Tina Marie Burgess, 62, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with trespassing to land.

Eron Wayne Gorr, 44, Tomahawk, is charged with retail theft (intentionally taking; <=$500), arrest warrant issued against them.
