Northwoods United Way to host ‘Reindeer Games’ fundraiser
Northwoods United Way is kicking off the holidays with an annual fundraising event. Reindeer Games will take place Saturday, Dec. 13 at CT’s Deli in downtown Rhinelander from 5 to 8 p.m.
Guests are invited to wear their own custom antlers to be eligible for the Santa’s Favorite Award. There will also be a ‘herd’ photo of all the reindeer in attendance that night.
“We are excited to bring you another distinctive event here in the Northwoods,” said Northwoods United Way executive director Nancy Sattler. ‘There will be plenty of food, games and fun!”
A $50 ticket entitles attendees to a buffet of amazing food, pictures with Santa, a complimentary Comet Cocktail, and the opportunity to participate in raffles and silent auctions. There will be fun games with prizes awarded also.
A limited number of tickets are available; in addition to single tickets, a table of eight may be purchased for $350.
“In the past several local businesses bought tables and hosted their employees for a holiday gathering. It’s also a great way to kick off the season with friends and family,” Sattler said.
Funds raised from this event will be used to support programming at our 26 funded nonprofit agencies in Oneida, Vilas, Forest and Price counties.
Contact Sattler for tickets at 715-202-3344. The Northwoods United Way is a non-profit organization that raises money to support human service agencies in our area.
