Exposed: Four arrested after Crescent swinger party goes public
Deputies arrested four people on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior Saturday after an anonymous tip about nude partygoers and the smell of marijuana drew them to a Woodcrest Circle home.
According to a supplemental report by one of the Oneida County sheriff’s deputies who responded, upon arrival at 7215 Woodcrest Circle on Aug. 9, law enforcement observed five people in the garage and others inside the house, which could be seen through the front window.
Those seen inside, according to the report, were “dressed in various stages of nudity including but not limited to entirely nude lingerie and role-playing outfits.”
A sheriff’s deputy reported recognizing Robert Darren Williams, 42, in the garage from prior law enforcement contact. He was fully nude and seen touching himself while conversing with others. The deputy noted the act was visible from the public roadway.
Opposite of the garage, on the northeast side of the residence, the sheriff’s deputy said three other people were sexually engaged on the back deck, which was also exposed to the public’s eye.
Those three include Robin Wade Hirte, 48; Emily Jean Hirte, 33; and Gregory Nathanial Fleming, 37.
According to the report, one woman was engaged in a sex act with a man, while another man was seen making repeated thrusting motions against the woman’s backside.
While one of the sheriff’s deputies made contact with Williams in the garage, he “continued to stroke” himself. He was further advised he was under arrest.
Williams, according to the report, said there were approximately 30 people at the house because he was hosting a monthly “swinger’s party.”
The sheriff’s deputy then made her way to the back deck, which she noted was “very wet and slippery.”
According to the report, the three people engaging in the sexual activity appeared to be undeterred from the flashlight the sheriff’s deputy shined on them in an attempt to get them to stop what they were doing. However, they did stop once the sheriff’s deputy informed them they were under arrest.
Additionally, the sheriff’s deputy observed multiple items of drug paraphernalia involving THC, which were collected by the second sheriff’s deputy on the scene for evidentiary purposes.
In total, according to the report, law enforcement counted a total of 25 people at the residence, though only the four who were performing sexual acts in the public’s eye were arrested and transported to the Oneida County jail.
All four people were arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior.
Robin and Emily Hirte were both arrested on additional charges of possessing drug paraphernalia.
Fleming was arrested on additional charges of possessing THC and misdemeanor bail jumping. It was also noted in the report that Fleming has an open misdemeanor case in Outagamie County, which he signed a $500 signature bond for on June 19. He also was noted to be on federal probation “due to a felony conviction out of Georgia for Aggravated Sodomy, Statuary Rape and Aggravated Child Molestation.”
A $500 signature bond was ordered for all four people involved by judge Mary Sowinski, with adjourned initial appearances scheduled in Oneida County court either later this month or in September.
