Chess 101 at Rhinelander district library on Aug. 18

Are you an adult who wants to learn how to play chess? The Rhinelander District Library (RDL) presents Chess 101 on Monday, Aug. 18, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the library meeting room. There will be a presentation at 5 p.m., but interested guests can drop by any time between 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. This introductory program is for ages 18-plus. Looking for an all-ages option? Don’t forget to join RDL’s all-ages Chess Club on Saturday, Aug. 16, 10 a.m. to noon.
