The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court from July 1 to July 7:

Stacey Lynn Cortes, 45, Wausau, is charged with possession of methamphetamines, initial appearance on July 11 at 1:15 p.m.

Elayna Rose Ratajczyk, 19, Rhinelander, is charged with bail jumping (felony) and possession of THC, adjourned initial appearance on July 25 at 8:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Elijah Rafael Vargas, 24, West Allis, is charged with battery/threat to judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer, resisting/obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct, adjourned initial appearance on July 28 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Mitchell V. Moore Jr., 62, Eagle River, is charged with boat mooring without the owner’s consent, intake on July 21 at 9:30 a.m.

David Michael Wipijewski, 72, Hartland, is charged with fishing without a license (R), intake on July 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Kimberly Ann Dean, 59, Eagle River, is charged with disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), cash bond of $358.

Lance E. Reinke Jr., 37, Rhinelander, is charged with the manufacturing/delivery of fentanyl (>50g; second or subsequent offense; repeater; conspiracy to commit), status conference on Aug. 1 at 1 p.m. and a cash bond of $100,000.

Desiree L. McGinnity, 21, Rhinelander, is charged with manufacturing/delivery of fentanyl (>50g; conspiracy to commit), possession with intent of fentanyl (>50g), and bail jumping (felony), status conference on July 28 at 3:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $100,000.

Lisa K. Hooper, 38, Rhinelander, is charged with the manufacturing/delivery of fentanyl (>50g, conspiracy to commit), status conference on July 28 at 1:00 p.m. and a cash bond of $100,000.
