Boys’ tennis: Rhinelander 0-4, SPASH Invite

The Rhinelander High School boys’ tennis team dropped three more matches Saturday to finish 0-4 in the Stevens Point Invite. The Hodags fell to Mukwonago 7-0, De Pere 5-2 and Pulaski 4-3.

Asher Rivord (No. 4 singles) and Hart Hokens/Van Tulowitzky (No. 2 doubles) both earned two wins on Saturday. Aiden Ostermann/Michael Schiek (No. 1 singles) added a win against Pulaski as that match was decided in a match tiebreaker at No. 3 doubles where Danek Koniar and Brayden Barnhill lost 4-6, 7-6 (5), 11-9.

Rhinelander (6-4, 2-0 Great Northern) hosts D.C. Everest Tuesday in non-conference play.
