The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Michael Joseph Sellmeyer, 43, Rhinelander, cited for having animals running at large (1st offense), has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Nicholas James Johnson, 34, Woodruff, cited for trespassing to land and shoplifting (under $200), has intake on Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Matthew Christian Sitte, 21, Wausau, cited for failure to comply with trolling restrictions, has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Jordan Michael Steinmetz, 26, Rhinelander, cited for possession and transporting a firearm/bow/crossbow in a motorboat, has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Danielle Constance Tosi, 35, Rhinelander, cited for possession of drug paraphernalia (forfeiture), has a status conference on Nov. 21 at 3 p.m.

Brian Phillip Dreher, 62, Campbellsport, cited for disorderly conduct, has intake on Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Cassandra Marie Johnson, 40, Rhinelander, cited for contributing to truancy, has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Valerie Sanders, 17, Rhinelander, cited for disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), has intake on Nov. 4 at 9:30 a.m.

Cayden J. Wallace, 17, Rhinelander, cited for disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), has intake on Nov. 4 at 9:30 a.m.

Dalton Tyler Rose, 29, Tomahawk, cited for possession of THC, has intake on Nov. 18 at 9:30 a.m.

Jesse Harmon Mahner, 22, Tomahawk, cited for disorderly conduct (county/municipality), has intake on Nov. 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Michael Anthony Youngs, 30, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony) and retail theft (intentionally taking <=$500; repeater; PTAC, as a Party to a Crime), had a preliminary hearing on Oct. 23 at 9:45 a.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Dylan Ray Phelps, 27, Redgranite, charged with theft by contractor (>$10,000-$100,000),  has an initial appearance on Oct. 28 at 1:30 p.m.

Noel A. Petonquot, 19, Cantomic, Fla., charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), had a status conference on Oct. 25 at 11:45 a.m. and a cash bond of $10,000.

Peter Velasco, 43, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC (2nd+ offense) and an OWI (2nd with a passenger < 16 years old), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 7 at 11 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Mathew E. Smith, 28, Merrill, charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), had a status conference on Oct. 24 at 11:15 a.m. and a cash bond of $5,000.

Amanda Nicole Hanson, 38, Merrill, charged with retail theft (intentionally taking <=$500), has an initial appearance on Nov. 18 at 1:30 p.m.

Jamie Scott Cline, 30, Three Lakes, charged with operating a firearm while intoxicated, has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 6 at 11:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Tyler Scott Brown, 20, Hurley, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 21 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Sarah J. Hagen, 42, Rhinelander, charged with battery (domestic abuse, threat) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, threat), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 6 at 4:00 p.m. and a cash bond of $650.

Travis M. Russo, 34, Three Lakes, charged with OWI (3rd), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 8 at 8:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.
