Best in repair

Northwoods Auto Techs, a locally owned car care facility in Rhinelander, received the a “Best in Repair” award, presented by representatives from AAA, on Wednesday morning, Oct. 16. Northwoods Auto Techs is the only winner in Wisconsin, and one of only a dozen across the country, according to a press release announcing the honor. Northwoods Auto Techs has been an AAA Approved Auto Repair facility for over 20 years, the release notes. They have maintained a customer satisfaction score of 95% or higher and exhibited a commitment to their communities and the industry. Shop owner Paul Marquardt is an ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician with over 40 years of experience and is a member and past-President of the Rhinelander Rotary, actively participating in community projects such as donating repairs to the local Honor Guard vehicle and fundraising for the local Honor Flight and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
