The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Bryon Ernest Childers Jr., 42, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 21 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Nicole Kelly Nelson, 31, Oshkosh, charged with battery (domestic abuse, infliction of physical pain or injury), criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, threat), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 11 at 3:00 p.m. and a cash bond of $650.

Lily M. Eternicka, 21, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor) and operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), had adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 15 at 9:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000. On a charge of OWI (2nd), Eternicka has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 11 at 3 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000. On  charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC, Eternicka has a status conference on Nov. 11 at 3 p.m.

Michael John Luker, 33, Rhinelander, charged with a hit and run, has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 11 at 3 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Noah Kalob Juedes, 36, Rhinelander, cited for misuse of a 911 system, has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Richard M. Lego, 55, Wausau, cited for operating a motorboat within 100 feet of the dock, has intake on Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Clarence A. Grissom, 56, Rhinelander, cited for open burning, has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Gary L. Churkey, 25, Mosinee, cited for operating a motorboat within 100 feet of the dock, has intake on Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Jeremy John Vogel, 47, Fort Atkinson, cited for hunting with an improper license (R), has intake on Nov. 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Joseph John Dallapiazza, 37, Weston, cited for hunting migratory game birls without being enrolled in HIP, has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Andrew Austin Lindner, 45, Rhinelander, cited for hunting without required approval (R), has intake on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Michael John Luker, 33, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, has a status conference on Nov. 11 at 3 p.m.

Rusty A. Bauknecht, 31, Three Lakes, charged with bail jumping (felony) and OWI (3rd), had a bail/bond hearing on Oct. 9 at 1:15 p.m., an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 29 at 1:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Karen A. Bock, 58, Rhinelander, charged with encouraging parole/probation violation and possession of THC (2nd+ offense), had an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 15 at 9:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Kory M. LaBarge, 47, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping (felony) and theft of movable property (<=$2,500), had an arrest warrant issued.

Renee Childress, 52, Lac du Flambeau, charged with manuf/deliver cocaine (>40g), had an adjourned initial
appearance on Oct. 8 at 2 p.m. and a cash bond of $40,000.

Danielle C. Tosi, 35, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), possession of THC, retail theft (retaining possession <=$500), has a preliminary hearing on Nov. 21 at 3 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,000.

Allen Melburn Lee Hicks IV, 46, Rhinelander, charged with battery/threat to judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer and bail jumping (felony), had an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 14 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Jennifer S. Divjak, 58, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, had an adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 14 at 11:15 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Derek M. Kramer, 36, Rhinelander, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, had an arrest warrant issued.

Drew Jonathon Keenan, 31, Spring Green, charged with OWI (2nd), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 18 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Patrick T. Flaherty, 33, Denver, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 18 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Jacob Thomas Starr, 23, Saint Germain, charged with OWI (2nd), has a pre-trial conference on Dec. 17 at 3 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Kody Randall Spohn, 26, Brodhead, cited for illegally operating an ATV/UTV on/in the vicinity of a highway and operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated, had intake on Oct. 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Rashad Christopher Clemons, 37, Merrill, cited for possession of THC, has intake on Oct. 21 at 1:30 p.m.

Michael E. Blake, 58, Western Springs, Ill., cited for failure to carry boat floatation devices, has intake on Oct. 28.

Danita Rae Warner, 63, Verona, cited for charged with fishing without a license (R), has intake on Oct. 28. 9:30 a.m.

Derek Matthew Kramer, 36, Rhinelander, cited for possession of THC, had intake on Oct. 7 at 2:18 p.m.

Jayden Ryann William Christensen, 20, Hazelhurst, cited for having an animal running at large (1st offense), had intake on Oct. 16 at 1:15 p.m.
