In support of Kilbourn for Congress

To the Editor:

There is no alternative planet to our planet Earth, folks!  If you care about your physical environment, I urge you to vote for Kyle Kilbourn. He strongly advocates for protecting the air we breathe, the water we drink, and our gorgeous North Woods.

I have spent enough time with Kyle, a Democrat running for Representative of Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District, to know that I must vote for him. He genuinely cares about the environment, and your vote for him will be a powerful step towards a sustainable future.  

His opponent has done nothing to address the environment and the causes of climate change in his 3 1/2 years as our representative in Congress. In stark contrast, Kyle Kilbourn is a dedicated environmental advocate. One of the few bills his opponent is currently working on is to change the name of Wisconsin’s National Lakeshore to U.S. National Park. However, he is apparently unfamiliar with that body of water known as Lake Superior, misnaming it the National Seashore in a recent video.

When Kyle Kilbourn is elected to Congress, he will work on the ecosystem so that future generations will have a world in which they can survive. If the past is any prediction, Tom Tiffany will not.
