RBA honors 10,000 Shot Club
The Rhinelander Basketball Association recently recognized its 10,000 Shot Club honorees for the 2024 offseason. Sponsored by Culver’s, basketball players entering grades 3 through 9 were challenged to put up 10,000 shots over the summer.
Players achieving the challenge are Colton Anderson, Braxton Bolkema, Connor Clark, Arlo Coron, Tommy Eades, Danny Heddinger, Boston Hopfensperger, Max Howard, Ryan Jirik, Trey Karaba, Jaxson Kremer, Cass Kroha, Harper Lee, Parker Lee, Fielder Lueth, Charlotte MacIntyre, Hans Sommer, Mya Stein, Louis Stone, Blake Sundby, Will Sundby and Watson White.
“Players had to create a plan, track and report shots weekly, and make sure they were consistently getting shots up throughout this summer in order to reach this goal,” RHS boys’ basketball coach Derek Lemmens stated. “These players showed dedication and commitment to accomplish this goal and our program is better because of that sacrifice.”
