Oneida County Court Report

The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Cory A. DeMeyer, 53, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony) and battery (domestic abuse), had an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 21 and a cash bond of $2,000.

Michael Lewis Schram, 55, Rhinelander, charged with failure to update information as a sex offender, had a warrant issued for his arrest.

Michael J. Anderson, 38, Thomas, Okla., had an extradition hearing on Nov. 13.

Hunter Douglas Greyhair, 24, Rhinelander, charged with 2nd degree sexual assault (unconscious victim) and capturing an intimate representation, had a preliminary hearing on Nov. 22 and a cash bond of $10,000.

Kimberly E. Cox, 50, Harshaw, charged with bail jumping (felony), possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia, has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 16 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $750.

Keanu S.P. Sneller, 25, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 2 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000. On a separate charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, Sneller has a status conference on Dec. 2 at 2:30 p.m.

Lance M. Fry, 26, Eagle River, had an extradition hearing on Nov. 25 at 11:30 a.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Richanda Alex-Marie James, 32, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Amanda J. Tenhagen, 42, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (PTAC, as a Party to a Crime), has an initial appearance on Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m.

Lonnie R. Richter, 48, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse; PTAC, as a Party to a Crime), has an initial appearance on Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m.

Sally C. Allen, 64, Lac du Flambeau, charged with retail theft (intentionally conceal, <=$500) and bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an initial appearance on Dec. 9 at 1:30 p.m.

Jay Roger Nickerson, 64, Pelican Lake, charged with criminal damage to property, has an initial appearance on Dec. 9 at 1:30 p.m.

Hailey Erin Kubsch, 20, Eagle River, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 9 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Cody J. Fredrick, 26, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 13, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Chad Wayne Cox, 30, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and battery (domestic abuse), has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 23 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $150.
