The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Breanna L. Gagnon, 27, South Range, Mich., charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 26 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Andrew Paul Horbinski, 32, Wausau, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor, repeater), operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, had a warrant issued for his arrest.

Joseph D. Andersen, 56, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (3rd), had an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 12 and a signature bond of $2,000. On a separate charge of disorderly conduct (county/municipality), Anderson had a status conference on Nov. 12.

Matthew John Aufrere, 32, Arbor Vitae, was cited for trespassing to land.

Todd Daniel Dumpprope, 36, Rhinelander, cited for possession of THC (ordinance violation), had intake on Nov. 8.

Olivia Florence-Lee Wanty, 17, Rhinelander, cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, had intake on Nov. 11.

Anthony Ray Lowenberg, 45, Rhinelander, cited for having an animal running at large (1st offense), had intake on Nov. 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Angela Mae Jenkins, 56, Rhinelander, cited for shoplifting (<$500), had intake on Nov. 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Daniel Neil Eckert, 36, cited for disorderly conduct (county/municipality), has intake on Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m.

Michael Joseph Henninger, 70, Tomahawk, cited for disorderly conduct (county/municipality), has intake on Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m.

Melissa Lynn Higgins, 35, Harshaw, cited for having animals running at large (2nd+), has intake on Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m.

Dresden Joseph Klaver, 17, Rhinelander, cited for underage drinking (procures, 17-20 years of age, 1st), has intake on Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m.

Mark Robert Poeschl, 75, Eagle River, cited for placing material to feed/attract wild animals, had intake on Nov. 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Joseph Roy Zuraff, 63, Rhinelander, cited for disorderly conduct (county/municipality), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 26 at 11:15 a.m.

Haydn Vada Lew Lamerand, 24, Iron Belt, cited for shoplifting (over $200), has intake on Dec. 9 at 9:30 a.m.
