DRI announces holiday open house

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Rhinelander! Continuing a tradition in downtown Rhinelander to kick off the holiday season, the annual DRI Open House event will take place November 22-24.

“This is a perfect time to start your holiday shopping and support our local businesses,” organizers said in a press release. “Stores will be filled with holiday gift ideas and will be offering specials, and downtown Rhinelander will be in full holiday spirit as businesses will be competing to design the best holiday storefronts.”

The popular “Win the Window” contest is back with shoppers eligible to win a window full of prizes from downtown Rhinelander merchants during Open House weekend.

Participating stores will be open until 7 p.m. on Friday, November 22 and have open hours on Saturday, November 23. A few select stores may also be open on Sunday, November 24.
