Nicolet College and the Nicolet Players are inviting the community to an unforgettable night of suspense and drama with the upcoming performance of the Agatha Christie classic “The Mousetrap.”

“The world’s longest-running play is a must see,” according to a Nicolet press release. “‘The Mousetrap’ is an iconic murder mystery that has kept audiences guessing for decades. After a local woman is murdered, the guests and staff at Monkswell Manor find themselves stranded during a snowstorm. It soon becomes clear the killer is among them, and suspicions swirl. A police detective, arriving on skis, interrogates the suspects: the newlyweds running the house, a spinster with a curious background, an architect who seems better equipped to be a chef, a retired Army major, a strange little man who claims his car has overturned in a drift, and a jurist who makes life miserable for everyone. With a second murder adding to the urgency, tensions and fears escalate. This thrilling drama, marked by Christie’s signature plot twists and a surprise ending, promises a night filled with intrigue and excitement.”

Agatha Christie’s legendary whodunit, brought to life by the talented Nicolet Players will have the audience on the edge of their seats at the Nicolet College Theatre, the release states.

Performances are scheduled for Thursday, November 14 through Saturday, November 16 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 17 at 2 p.m.

Tickets may be purchased at NicoletLive.com. Admission is $12 for the general public, $10 for K-12 students and seniors, and free for Nicolet College students.

Doors will open one hour before show time, with beer, wine, and concessions available for purchase.
