Oneida County Court Report

The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

James L. McConnell, 56, Rhinelander, charged with battery/threat to judge, prosecutor/law enforcement officer, has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 16 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500. On a separate charge of operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated, McConnell has intake on Dec. 16 at 2:30 p.m.

Grace Elisabeth Ziesmer, 27, Rhinelander, charged with attempting to possess a firearm (commitment), has an initial appearance on Nov. 18 at 1:30 p.m.

Michelle Renee Skinner, 60, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 5 and a cash bond of $200.

Shawn C. Hansen, 45, Pelican Lake, charged with extradition, had a status conference on Nov. 5 and a cash bond of $5,000. On a separate charge of failure to provide sex offender information, Hansen had a preliminary hearing on Nov. 5 and a cash bond of $15,000.

Jeff Adam Englert, 57, Milwaukee, charged with possession of narcotic drugs (second and subsequent offense), possession of cocaine/coca (2nd+), possession of THC (2nd+ offense), bail jumping (misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, and operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 21 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Ronald R. Reese, 66, Marshfield, charged with bail jumping (felony), had an initial appearance on Oct. 28 at 3:34 p.m.

Danielle C. Tosi, 35, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony) and credit card theft by acquisition, has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 21 at 3n p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Eric C. Meyers, 35, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 20 at 1:15 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Gerald Ray Boehm, 51, Ogema, charged with criminal damage to property (repeater), has a plea hearing on Dec. 12 at 4 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Taylor Reese Slizewski, 27, Rhinelander, charged with  OWI (2nd), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 13, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Cody A. Smith, 37, Pelican Lake, charged with OWI (3rd), has an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 16 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $3,500.

Jake Alan Lucht, 31, Unity, charged with an OWI (1st with a passenger < 16 years old), has an adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 21 at 1:15 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500. 

Scott Richard Eades, 43, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer (forfeiture), has intake on Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m.
