Local children dressed in all sorts of costumes gathered in downtown Rhinelander Saturday afternoon, Oct. 26, 2024, for the annual trick-or-treat event. Citywide trick-or-treating was set to take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, after this edition went to press.
