Gary Wayne Boettcher

Gary Wayne Boettcher, age 70, of Elcho, died on March 17, 2024, at his home. He was born on October 11, 1953, in Antigo, the son of George and Dorothy (Simonis) Boettcher. He attended schools in Elcho and graduated from Elcho High School 1971. He married the former Susan Strelow on October 11, 1991, in Rhinelander, and they were blessed with over 32 years together. Gary was employed for years at Oneida Wholesale Liquor and Distributing and then for Foster and Smith. He was a huge Green Bay Packers fan.

Gary is survived by his wife Susan, his daughter Davia (Mark) Curran, his four sons Dustin (Kenzie) Boettcher, Nathan (Erika) Liebherr, Aaron Liebherr and Jason Liebherr, his four grandchildren, his two sisters Linda (Jeff) Herman and Sue Kmieciak, his three brothers Dennis (Sue) Boettcher, Robert (Mary Beth) Boettcher and Terry (Brent McKinley) Boettcher, other family and many friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.
