Oneida County Court Report

The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Shane J. Halverson, 25, Tomahawk, charged with bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on April 1 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Michael P. Pugh, 41, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (3rd with a passenger <16 years old), has an adjourned initial appearance on April 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $3,500.

Zebastian T. Micheau, 24, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of methamphetamines, had an  initial appearance on March 4 at 2:34 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Scott A. Turgeon, 55, Rhinelander, charged with possession of methamphetamines and possession of a controlled substance, had an adjourned initial appearance on March 6 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $250.

Christina H. Patterson, 55, Rhinelander, charged with possession with intent of amphetamines/methamphetamines/etc. (>10-50g; second/subsequent offense; PTAC, as a Party to a Crime), maintaining a drug trafficking place (PTAC, as a Party to a Crime; second/subsequent offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater), had an adjourned initial appearance on March 6 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,500.

Marissa J. Carlson, 27, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamines, and bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on April 1 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Paula J. Lehmkuhl, 62, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC (2nd+ offense), has an adjourned initial appearance on April 1 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Eric C. Meyers, 34, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC (2nd+ offense), has an adjourned initial appearance on April 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Shane Zoe Lyndon Hockert, 27, Saint Paul, Minn., charged with possession of THC, has an adjourned initial appearance on April 1 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Rochelle Alexis Tungland, 26, Saint Paul, Minn., charged with possession of THC, has an adjourned initial appearance on March 25 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Wilhelm B. Lemmons Jr., 36, Eagle River, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 18 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $500.
