Library Worm Race returns in July
July is an exciting month at the Rhinelander District Library with the annual Buck Lake Bash to be held on the 17th and the beloved Library Worm Race set for the afternoon of the 30th.
Below is a full list of offerings for the month of July:
Baby Storytime (Ongoing)
Mondays at 10 a.m. in the library meeting room. Simple stories, songs, and a playtime to follow! Ages 6 months-2 years.
Outside Storytime (Ongoing)
Weekly on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. on the library lawn. Stories, flannels, songs, and fun! Ages 2 and up
Stories, Songs & S’Mores Family Storytime
Monday, July 8 at 6 p.m. on the library lawn. Bring a blanket for a camp-themed family storytime and snack.
Music with Tom Pease
Wednesday, July 10. Two shows: 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the library lawn. With movement, humor and joy Tom will have kids laughing and singing.
Buck Lake Bash
Wednesday, July 17 at 1 p.m. at the Almon Recreation Area. Dave Dall will help us celebrate summer with music and friends.
Annual Library Worm Race
Tuesday, July 30 at 1 p.m. Wiggly Field (library lawn). Kids can cheer their worms to the finish line. Limited teams so sign up early! For kids 4 and up.
All Rhinelander District Library programs are free and open to the public.
