Oneida County Court Report

The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Daniel J. Ward, 34, Woodruff, charged with possession of THC and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 1 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Michelle M. Wolter, 44, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 8 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Susan Hazel Vallier, 63, Lac du Flambeau, charged with retail theft (intentionally taking <=$500), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 8 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Nazar B. Lenz, 21, Minocqua, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), criminal damage to property (domestic abuse), and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), had an initial appearance on June 10 at 1:49 p.m. and a cash bond of $150.

Dalton R. Brown, 17, Eagle River, charged with theft of movable property (<=$2,500), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 8 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Derek D. Horner, 42, Rochelle, Ill., cited for riding on boat decks/gunwales, has intake on July 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Christopher Brian Marko, 18, Ashland, cited for shoplifting (<$500), has intake on July 15 at 9:30 a.m.

Brittany Nicole Schroeder, 31, Sheboygan, cited for fishing without a license (R), has intake on June 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Samuel Scott Grulke, 53, Rhinelander, cited for possession any fish in excess of total daily bag limit (26% to 50% over limit), has intake on June 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Timothy Craig Riddle, 78, Lake Tomahawk, cited for county retail theft (intentionally taking), jas intake on July 1 at 9:30 a.m.

Mark Isaac Ratliff, 45, Rhinelander, cited for having a dog/cat running at large, has intake on July 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Deziree I. Valliere-Beson, 17, Lac du Flambeau, cited for truancy, has intake on July 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Dejay Brian Nordrum, 24, Minocqua, cited for disorderly conduct, has intake on Sept. 9 at 9:30 a.m.

Michael Thomas Schettino, 44, Minocqua, cited for adult permit/underage drinking (1st),  has intake on Sept. 9 at 9:30 a.m.

Blanca Nieve Aragon, 45, Lac du Flambeau, cited for retail theft, has intake on Oct. 14 at 9:30 a.m.
