Library expansion project

From left to right, Rhinelander District Library Foundation President Ransey Osness, library director Virginia Roberts, and Rhinelander District Library Board of Trustees President Diana Harris unveil a lighted model depicting what the Rhinelander District Library will look like following a planned $7 million renovation and expansion project. Plans for the project were officially unveiled on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in the library. A capital campaign to fund the project is already underway.
