The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Barry F. Fones, 52, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft (intentionally taking (<$500), has an initial appearance on June 24 at 1:30 p.m.

Deanna A. Bettiga, 42, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft (intentionally taking (<$500) and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child, has an initial appearance on June 17 at 1:30 p.m.

Samuel P. Stone, 32, Minocqua, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor) carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 20 at 11:00 a.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Stephan Thomas Nerad, 64, Muskego, cited for possession of fish 51% to 75% over the bag limit, has intake on June 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Jordan Aneglo Pelekoudas, 34, Fall Creek, charged with possession of THC, has a court trial on Aug. 14 at 2 p.m.

Chavez Miguel Reed, 21, Woodruff, charged with possession of THC, has a status conference on July 15 at 2:30 p.m.

Yawanda Shanae Tribbett, 36, Iron River, charged with possession of THC, has intake on July 1 at 9:30 a.m.

Jamie Lynn Huff, 46, Harshaw, charged with disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), has intake on July 1 at 9:30 a.m.

Amy Ann Disher, 57, Pelican Lake, charged with disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), has intake on June 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Nathan Richard Frahm, 28, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC, has intake on June 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Peter John Schroeder, 72, Shawano, cited for possession of an illegal sized fish, has intake on June 24 at 9:30 a.m.
