JV award winners announced
A number of Rhinelander High School sports teams recently recognized award winners for their junior varsity squads during team banquets.
Dylan Shefveland, left, and Samuel Strong, right, were co-MVPs for the RHS JV golf team this spring and where honored Thursday, May 30 during a banquet at Northwood Golf Club. Both players posted 9-hole scoring averages of 52.0 strokes. The two also shared most improved honors while Strong won team awards for the most fairways and greens hit in regulation.
