The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Scott Richard Eades, 43, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), had an adjourned initial appearance on July 8 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,500.

Timothy P. Stanfield, 49, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor) and resisting/obstructing an officer, has a review hearing on Aug. 28 at 3:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $8,000.

Brandon John Balcsik, 38, Harshaw, charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse, infliction of physical pain or injury), had an adjourned initial appearance on July 3 at 11 a.m. and a cash bond of $10,000.

Melissa A. Gurtner, 39, Lake Tomahawk, charged with misstating facts in their food stamp application (>$100-$5,000), has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 12 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Bruce A. Lieder, 50, Lac du Flambeau, charged with the fraudulent use of a financial transaction card (<=$2,500) and bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 26 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $3,000.

Michael A. Tomasetti, 57, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft (intentionally taking >$500 - $5,000; repeater), has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 12 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Patrick R. Michel, 47, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 23 at 9:15 a.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Matthew Lee Larsh, 46, Sullivan, charged with an OWI (4th), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, operating while revoked (Rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), and possession of drug paraphernalia, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 29 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $3,000.

Allen Melburn Lee Hicks IV, 46, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), had an adjourned initial appearance on July 2 at 1:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $5,000.

Heather Renee Hink, 52, Wausau,charged with battery/threat to judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer, an OWI (4th), driving/operating a vehicle without consent, resisting/obstructing an officer, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), had an adjourned initial appearance on July 8 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $10,000.

Lukas A. Graveen, 45, Minocqua, charged with battery (domestic abuse) and criminal damage to property (domestic abuse), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $700.

Christy Lee Obrien, 37, Gleason, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), has an adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 12 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Carson James Carter, 21, Rhinelander, charged with a hit-and-run and bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial apparence on July 8 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $5,000.

Stephen Daniel Wessel, 61, Phelps, charged with operating a firearm while intoxicated and resisting/obstructing an officer, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 29 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Alexis Nicole Christensen, 26, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, bail jumping (misdemeanor), and OWI (3rd), had an adjourned initial apparence on July 10 at 11:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $5,000.

Bruce Jacob Knight, 28, Tomahawk, charged with possession of THC, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 29 and a signature bond of $500.

Joshua Allen Hartwig, 36, Tomahawk, charged with possession of THC, has an adjourned initial appearance on July 29  and a signature bond of $500.

Donald William Bennett, 46, Rhinelander, charged with intentionally failing to submit a biological specimen, had an initial appearance on July 15 at 1:30 p.m.

Casey J. Furaitar, 29, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property and bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on July 9  and a cash bond of $150.

Nora M. Houghton, 42, Houghton, cited for intentionally/negligently providing improper outside dog shelter and intentionally mistreating animals, had an arrest warrant issued.

Adam J. Sztukowski, 17, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC, had a bail/bond hearing on July 3 at 1:15 p.m.

Ahlex Caraballo, 38, Woodruff, charged with OWI (3rd), has an adjourned initial appearance on July 29 and a signature bond of $3,000.

Scott Allan Diels, 61, Merrill, cited for fishing without a license, has intake on Aug. 26.

Chase K. Sullivan, 24, Woodruff, cited for fishing without a license (R), has intake on Aug. 26 at 9:30 a.m.

Timothy Y. Lukowski, 39, Rhinelander, cited for theft (<$500), has intake on July 22 at 9:30 a.m.

Pamela Grace Mihalko, 51, Laona, cited for disorderly conduct, has intake on July 29.

Jason Henry Maass, 50, Rhinelander, cited for operating a vehicle without a park admission sticker, has intake on July 22.

Annabelle Susan Huff, 18, Rhinelander, cited for underage drinking (possession, 17-20 years of age, 1st), has intake on July 22. Joseph M. Ledford, 21, Beecher, Ill., charged with misuse of a 911 system, has intake on July 22 at 9:30 a.m.

Jacob Daniel Ardis, 18, Franklin, cited for disorderly conduct (county/municipality), has intake on July 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Alexandria Mae Dalka, 20, Rhinelander, cited for possession of THC (ordinance violation), has intake on July 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Chad William Meurer, 49, Rhinelander, cited for dog/cat running at large, has intake on July 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Richard Curtis Graeber, 58, Rhinelander, is charged with operating ATV/UTV while intoxicated, has intake on Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Jazlyn May Demeyer, 17, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, has intake on Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m.
