The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Hans L. Zinsmeister, 36, Rhinelander, charged with strangulation/suffocation (domestic abuse, repeater), battery (domestic abuse, repeater), and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, repeater), had an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 13, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,500.

Matthew A. Kwietnewski, 45, Antigo, is charged with bail jumping (felony, repeater) and resisting/obstructing an officer (repeater; PTAC, as a Party to a Crime).

Michael R. Persike, 57, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor; repeater), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 29 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Joshua D. Mann, 17, Minocqua, charged with theft of movable property (<=$2,500), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 29 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Brianna Lynn Paukner, 33, Minocqua, charged with possession of marijuana, has intake on March. 11, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.

Matthew James Hagen, 39, Rhinelander, charged with damage to property, had intake on Jan. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Brandon James Lisner, 41, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), had intake on Jan. 8, at 9:30 a.m.

Allen Michael Moore, 30, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), had intake on Jan. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Curtis Allen Alexander, 41, Minocqua, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, has intake on Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m.

Jacob Daniel Hess, 18, Minocqua, charged with possession of marijuana, has intake on Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m.

James John Meyer, 52, Minocqua, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, has intake on Feb. 12, at 9:30 a.m.

Izaak M. Lintereur, 33, Tomahawk, charged with OWI (5th or 6th), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 29 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $7,500.

Samantha Jean Neddo, 42, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Hannah J. Rausch, 24, Tomahawk, charged with bail jumping (felony) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, had an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 14, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Matthew Tyler Rockwood, 31, Rhinelander, charged with extradition, had an extradition hearing on Jan. 8, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $17,000.

Samuel P. Stone, 31, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), resisting/obstructing an officer, operating with a restricted controlled substance (1st with a minor passenger < 16 years old), possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years).

Gary D. Tutaj, 64, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 13, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $2,500.

Nicholis A. Marks, 41, Rhinelander, charged with possession of cocaine/coca and disorderly conduct, has an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 5, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Jesse Harmon Mahner, 21, Tomahawk, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor) and disorderly conduct, had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 9, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Rusty A. Bauknecht, 30, Three Lakes, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and resisting/obstructing an officer, has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 29, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Coral Skye Keso, 25, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting/obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct, made a voluntary appearance on Dec. 13, 2023 at 1:15 p.m.

Matthew Tyler Rockwood, 31, Rhinelander,charged with removing a vehicle’s parts without consent, had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 8. 2024, at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $3,000.

Kobe Owen Adams, 22, Arbor Vitae, charged with OWI (2nd), has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 29, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Casey Allen Rossiter, 38, Tomahawk, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, had a status conference on Dec. 18 at 2:30 p.m.
