Rhinelander District Library to show ‘Elemental’ Jan. 22

The Rhinelander District Library has a number of programs and events for children coming up in January and February.

The schedule is as follows:

Baby Storytime

Mondays at 10 a.m. in the library meeting room. Simple stories, songs, and a playtime to follow! Ages 6 months to 2 years.

Preschool Storytime

Weekly on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. in the library meeting room. Stories, flannels, songs, and fun! Ages 2 and up. 

Online Storytime

Weekly on Thursdays at 10 a.m. Facebook Live. This virtual storytime is short but filled with fun! Tune in through the Rhinelander District Library Facebook page.

Builder’s Club

Weekly on Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. School-aged kids are invited to free-build with Legos, Magna Tiles and more! Homeschoolers are invited to join the fun earlier in the afternoon (1:30 p.m.).

No-School Special: Popcorn & a Movie

Monday, Jan. 22, 1 p.m. in the library meeting room. Library staff will be showing the movie “Elemental” for kids and their families.

Every Buddy Read Adoption Event

Saturday, Feb. 3 from 10 a.m. to noon

The library will celebrate Take Your Child to the Library Day with this fun adoption opportunity. Kids can adopt a stuffed buddy to read to and color a bag to take them home in. While supplies last!
