The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Chiara Juanita Pounder, 47, Rhinelander, cited for contributing to truancy, had intake on Feb. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Nicholas A. Bird, 26, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony), had an arrest warrant issued.

Devan A. Decora, 24, Woodruff, charged with possession of cocaine/coca, had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 12 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Jacob Ryan Bailey, 26, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC, had intake on Feb. 19 at 9:30 a.m.

Noel A. Petonquot, 19, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), false imprisonment, and stalking, had an arrest warrant issued.

Scott James Mielkie, 53, Lake Tomahawk, cited for placing materials to feed/attract wild animals and failure to register a harvested animal within an established timeframe, has intake on Feb. 26 at 9:30 a.m.

Illayana Rhea Wewasson, 23, Woodruff, charged with obstructing/resisting, had intake on Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m.

Michael K. Pierce Jr., 40, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony, repeater), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 13 at 10:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Nathan Justin-Taylor Fisher, 28, Crandon, charged with operating without a valid license, (3rd+ within 3 years), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 25 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Jon J. Schleicher, 36, Lake Tomahawk, charged with OWI (3rd), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 19 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Wesley Prescott Peterson, 21, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of THC (ordinance violation), had intake on Feb. 19 at 9:30 a.m.

Hattie Bea Mitchell, 18, Lac du Flambeau, cited for truancy, has intake on March 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Adam Joseph Magyera, 40, Elcho, charged with bail jumping (felony) and possession of THC, had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 26 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Edward E. Wendt, 55, Rhinelander, charged with possession of a firearm (convicted of a felony), has an adjourned initial appearance on March 4 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Dustin R. Kramer, 33, Arbor Vitae, charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), misappropriating ID info (avoiding a penalty), and operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 12 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Calvin P. Podeweltz, 17, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), has an initial appearance on Feb. 29 at 2 p.m.

Brock A. Boquist, 34, Merrill, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor, repeater), had a status conference on Feb. 12 at 3:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Melanie Leyann Jendusa, 28, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 26 at 3:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

David B. Lee, 30, Tomahawk, charged with credit card theft by acquisition, had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 26 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.
