Warm for Winter needs new location

Warm for Winter, the free clothing pantry begun as a mission of the First Congregational United Church of Christ, will be closing as of the end of February.

“Our space at Friendly Village Nursing Home, so generously provided for 14 years, is in need of major maintenance and will no longer be available,” organizers explained in a press release. “The collection bins have been locked and the last clothing distribution will be Saturday, February 24 from 9 a.m. to noon.
