Philip M. McCoy

Philip M. McCoy, age 70, of Rhinelander, died on February 13, 2024, at his home. He was born on August 30, 1953, in St. Elmo, Illinois, the son of Melvin and Gracie (Phillips) McCoy.

Survivors include his wife, Susan (Malsavage).
