The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:


Abraham Jacob Phillips, 33, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, had a status conference at 11:30 a.m.  Jan. 10.

Maribeth Violet Whitewing, 39, Eland, charged with the issuing of worthless checks (<=$2,500) and bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), had an arrest warrant issued against them.

Gerald William Mann III, 19, Minneapolis, charged with possession of THC,  had intake at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 29.

Darwin Anthony Mahkimetas, 47, Appleton, charged with possession of methamphetamines (repeater), possession of THC (2nd+ offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia, had an adjourned initial appearance at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 10 and a cash bond of $1,000.

Scott J. Mielkie, 53, Lake Tomahawk,  charged with possession with intent of amphetamine/methamphetamine/etc. (>10-50g; second/subsequent offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia, had an adjourned initial appearance at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 22 and a cash bond of $10,000.

Skye M Linklater, 21, Lac du Flambeau, charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor) and retail theft (intentionally taking <=$500; PTAC, as a Party to a Crime), had an adjourned initial appearance at 2 p.m. Jan. 22 and a signature bond of $2,000.

Brian Lamar Jones, 37, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property (<=$2,500; repeater), had an adjourned initial appearance at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 22 and a signature bond of $1,000.

Jason Allen Krumwiede, 42, Stetsonville, charged with operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), fleeing/eluding an officer while operating a vehicle, OWI (4th), and bail jumping (felony), has a pre-trial conference on March 5 and a cash bond of $20,000.

Jacob Geone Grimmage, 25, Rhinelander, charged with OWI (2nd), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 5 and a signature bond of $2,000.

N&J Investments, Minocqua, cited for failure to correct a failing private onsite wastewater treatment system, had intake on Feb. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Tierra Renee West, 25, Elcho, charged with possession of THC,  had a status hearing on Jan. 29 at 3:30 p.m.

Andrew John Zietlow, 44, Green Bay, cited for placing/using/hunting wild animals with bait (<5 gallons), had intake on Jan. 22 at 9:30 a.m.

Joseph Robert Belanger, 64, Rhinelander, cited for possessing/loaning/borrowing another’s license, had intake on Feb. 26.

Lashawn T. Logan, 40, Beloit, charged with sending a computer message to threaten and disclose identification (PTAC, as a Party to a Crime; repeater), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 5 and a cash bond of $1,000.

William Joseph Shober Jr., 48, Woodruff, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 19 and a signature bond of $2,500.

Joaquin A Merlo Salgado, 39, Rhinelander, charged with operating without a valid license (3rd+ within 3 years) and resisting/obstructing an officer, had an arrest warrant issued against them.

Alicia Sue Anderson, 39, Tomahawk, charged with OWI (1st with passenger <16 years old), has a pre-trial conference at 11 a.m. April 2 and a signature bond of $2,000.

Emily Annemarie Linklater, 17, Augusta, charged with retail theft (intentionally taking >$500-$5,000; PTAC, as a Party to a Crime), had an arrest warrant issued against them.

Tierra Renee West, 25, Elcho, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 29 and a signature bond of $1,000.

John A. Eye IV, 36, Three Lakes, charged with ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 5 and a signature bond of $500.

Carlos Cruz Barranco, 40, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (county/municipality), had intake on Jan. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Ian James Miller, 20, Rhinelander, charged with ID card violations (17-20, 1st) and disorderly conduct (motor vehicle), underage drinking (possession, 17-20; 1st), had intake on Jan. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Tyler Joseph Olson, 21, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (county/municipality), had intake on Feb. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Robert Thomas Ritchie, 24, Seattle, Wash., charged with possession of THC and resisting/obstructing an officer, had intake on Feb. 19 at 9:30 a.m.

Albert J. Chagnon, 41, Rhinelander, charged with failure to update information as a sex offender, had a preliminary hearing on Jan. 24 and a signature bond of $5,000.

Michelle L. James, 52, Woodruff, charged with possession of THC (2nd+ offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of a controlled substance, had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 10 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.

Sawyer R. Schmidt, 18, Rhinelander, charged with child enticement (sexual contact) and 2nd degree sexual assault of a child, has a preliminary hearing at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 14 and a $5,000 signature bond.

Alexis Nicole Christensen, 26, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor) and disorderly conduct, had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 1 nd a cash bond of $500.

Tiffany Marie Breitenfeld, 38, Tomahawk, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor) and disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance), had an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 8 and a signature bond of $2,000.

Mathew Eric Smith, 28, Rhinelander, charged with harassment, has a court trial at 2 p.m. March 6.

Justin Paul Goralski, 33, Woodruff, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer (repeater), criminal damage to property (domestic abuse; repeater), disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse), has an adjourned initial appearance on Feb. 26 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $150.

Freeman Keith Bennett, 66, Rhinelander, cited for placing material to feed/attract wild animals, had intake on Jan. 22 at 9:30 a.m.

Terry Michael Hoople, 46, Rhinelander, cited for possession of a carcass of a wild animal killed by a motor vehicle without authorization, had intake on Jan. 22 at 9:30 a.m.
