Holly M. Kempf

Holly M. Kempf, age 52, of Rhinelander, died on Feb. 6, 2024 at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital after a short battle with pancreatic and lung cancer. She was born on Feb. 2, 1972 to James Guerette and Mary (Murphy) McMillan. She attended schools in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, graduating from the Mt. Tabor High School. She married Kenneth Kempf on May 26, 2001 in Winston-Salem. They returned to the State of Wisconsin in 2004 and then moved to Rhinelander in 2015. Holly was employed by ABX in Rhinelander.

Holly was a loving and caring person who was devoted to her family. She enjoyed everything about the outdoors, nature and all the wildlife. She loved to feed all of the “Northwoods critters,” which she could do from her own front porch.

Holly is survived by her loving husband Ken, her son Nathan, her daughter Haley, her mother Mary McMillan, her sister Susan Guerette, nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father.

Private family services will be held at a later date for Holly. In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in her name and any gifts may be directed to her family.
