Melissa J. Beson, 36, Lac du Flambeau, charged with forgery (uttering) and theft of movable property (>$10,000-$100,000), had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $10,000.

William Joseph Shober Jr., 47, Woodruff, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 2 at 11:30 a.m. and a cash bond of $500.

Amy Lynn Sparks, 47, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,000.

Cassandra R. Zimmerman-Popp, 28, Wausau, charged with possession of THC (2nd+ offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater), had an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Ryan Lee Bennett, 30, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine/coca (2nd+), and recklessly endangering safety (1st degree), had an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 28, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $15,000.

Victoria A. Diver, 18, Lac du Flambeau, cited for truancy, has intake on Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m.

Jaron Michael Pettibone, 17, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of marijuana, has intake on Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m.

Sierra Skye Thoms, 26, Lac du Flambeau, charged with shoplifting (over $200), has intake on Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m.

Georgia Lynn Uhl, 18, Lac du Flambeau, cited for truancy, has intake on Feb. 12  at 9:30 a.m.

Joseph Phillip Belanger, 18, Rhinelander, cited for shooting protected birds and animals, had intake on Jan. 22 at 9:30 a.m.

David Lawrence Roebuck, 63, Minocqua, cited for placing materials to feed/attract wild animals, had intake on Jan. 22 at 9:30 a.m.

Kelsi R. Mugnaini, 32, Wolverton, Minn., charged with bail jumping (felony), had an adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 28, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.
