Redikulus Dae an excellent opportunity to explore downtown

It’s almost here, your chance to have a “Redikulus” time in downtown Rhinelander!

The 66th annual Redikulus Dae event will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14. This long-standing tradition dates back to the early ‘60s, and typically draws a large crowd of eager shoppers.

The annual street sale offers up fantastic bargains, interactive activities, and fantastic food and snacks from participating businesses and vendors. The downtown will be closed off for the event, which makes navigating the various racks and tables much easier.

Downtown merchants will be offering everything from art pieces, clothing, sporting goods, toys, gifts, and much more, all at the lowest prices of the season. This is also an excellent opportunity to do some back-to-school shopping, as Rhinelander parents have been doing for decades. 

Don’t forget to try some of the many food, drink and tasty treats offered by many of the popular downtown restaurants and local food vendors.
