‘The Chosen’ showing at Calvary

The dramatic television series, “The Chosen,” tells the biblical story of Jesus and those who followed him. On Sunday April 21, Calvary Baptist Church (320 Lincoln Street in Rhinelander) showed season 4, episode 1. Episodes 2, 3 and 4 will be shown on consecutive Sunday evenings, church officials said in a press release Each episode is completely free.

The first three seasons of “The Chosen” are available to stream on-line free. Season 4 was introduced at the theater. However, due to some on-going legal issues, streaming of Season 4 has been delayed. Churches have been given special permission to stream the first four episodes of season 4. Each episode lasts about an hour.
