The following cases were recently filed in Oneida County Circuit Court:
John C. Olds Jr., 28, Rhinelander, charged with bail jumping (felony, repeater) and intentionally harassing police/fire animals (repeater), has an adjourned initial appearance on April 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.
Jeremy Seth Monk, 51, Eau Claire, charged with theft by contractor (>$100,000), has an initial appearance on April 22 at 1:30 p.m.
Melissa A. Paremski, 40, Eagle River, charged with misstating facts in a food stamp application (>$100-$5,000), has an initial appearance on April 22 at 1:30 p.m.
David Peter Perez, 37, Rhinelander, charged with 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety, reckless driving (cause bodily harm), and disorderly conduct, has a preliminary hearing on April 26 at 3 p.m. and a signature bond of $5,000.
Nicole Marie Chapman, 30, Rhinelander, charged with resisting/failing to stop and bail jumping (felony), has and adjourned initial appearance April 5 and a signature bond of $5,000.
Dennis E. Meshigaud, 36, Minocqua, charged with escaping criminal arrest, has an adjourned initial appearance April 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.
Kenneth Brian Davis, 53, Rhinelander, is charged with fleeing/eluding an officer while operating a vehicle, has adjourned initial appearance on April 29 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.
Tyler R. Michel, 29, Rhinelander, charged with capturing a intimate representation, preliminary hearing on May 8 at 11 a.m. and a cash bond of $1,000.
Thomas J. Nejdlik, 46, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC (2nd+ offense), has an adjourned initial appearance on April 29 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.
