Paddle Battle

The YMCA of the Northwoods and Rhinelander Pickleball hosted the Clash of the Paddles Pickleball Tournament last weekend at Pioneer Park. “This outdoor pickleball tournament was a huge success,” tournament director Marilyn Duschl said in a press release announcing the results. “It was a beautiful day at the pickleball courts for 112 players to compete in 4 different divisions. Players came from all around Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan.” Proceeds from the tournament will go to the Y’s Annual Support Campaign which provides memberships and programs to families, adults and youth in the community.
