Organ concert canceled

An organ concert scheduled to take place at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Rhinelander  on Sept. 24 has been canceled due to illness, organizers advised the River News Wednesday.

  This concert was to be presented in celebration of the 140th anniversary of the Rhinelander church.  Guest organist Brian De Young, Director of Music at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in suburban St. Paul, Minn., was set to perform. However, he has been unavoidably detained due to illness, organizers said.
