ABC, Shoeder’s team up again for raffle to support Hodag sports

For a second straight year, the Rhinelander Athletic Booster Club and Shoeder’s RV and Marine are partnering on a fundraiser to support area sports teams.

Tickets are on sale now for the second annual ABC Raffle. The grand prize will be a 2024 Viaggio Lago pontoon boat with a 60 HP Suzuki Motor, with an MSRP of more than $25,000, courtesy of Shoeder’s. The drawing will take place Friday, Feb. 9, 2024 at halftime of the Hodag boys’ basketball team’s contest against Lakeland at the Jim Miazga Community Gymnasium. 

Tickets are $20 each and are being sold by participating Rhinelander High School and area youth sports teams, which will keep the proceeds from the tickets they sell.

The ABC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which supports Rhinelander High School and Rhinelander area youth sports teams through monetary grants. The ABC was founded in 1980 to help fund a weight room for RHS. Rhinelander ABC supports close to 20 programs assuring our Hodag Athletes are supporting with their needs. The ABC raises monies through memberships, an annual golf outing, an annual banquet, sponsorships and donations. Since 2002, the ABC has donated more than $350,000 to area sports programs.
