Downtown Rhinelander Trick or Treat Oct. 28
Local children are invited to go trick-or-treating in downtown Rhinelander this Saturday.
Each year, the Saturday before Halloween, local police and fire departments help block off the streets for a safe and fun business to business trick-or-treating event.
This year’s event will take place at participating businesses from 2 to 4 p.m.
