RHS Sports recap: Tuesday, Oct. 10

Volleyballl: Antigo 3, Rhinelander 0

The RHS volleyball team held a lead in each set on Tuesday night, but could not parlay that into a victory as it fell 25-22, 25-21, 25-18 to Antigo in the GNC regular season finale at Sheldon Fieldhouse. 

Antigo finished on a 5-0 run to win the first set, took the lead for good with a 7-1 run to go ahead 21-16 in the second and used another 7-1 run to go up 21-17 in the third. 

Lily Treder had seven assists, Kelsi Beran added five kids and three blocks, Lucy Lindner had 19 assists and Libbey Buchmann had 15 digs.

Rhinelander (13-22, 1-11 Great Northern) will close out the regular season at home against Crandon.
