Ghouls, ghosts & galoshes

Trick-or-treaters who stopped at this home on Woodland Drive in Rhinelander Tuesday evening, Oct. 31, 2023, received candy and balloons from the residents who were dressed as clowns. It all came as Mother Nature delivered her own Halloween trick, with the first measurable snowfall of the season. Most locations in the Northwoods received 1-3 inches of snow.
