Jada Marie Barr, 44, of the Town of Woodboro, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday evening, May 21, 2023.

Jada was born on Sept. 29, 1978, in Park Falls, to Ronald and LuAnn (Hainz) Solberg. Jada was a 1997 graduate of Tomahawk High School. She had been employed with Peterson Health Care, Howard Young Hospital, and St. Mary's Hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She later worked alongside her husband Dave, at the Barr Chiropractic Office as the office manager.

Jada was able to spend time as a stay-at-home mom and would volunteer her time as the PAC President and planning events to raise money for her child's school.

Jada loved the Lord and attended Northern Lights Church.

She enjoyed walking, bike rides, camping, watching sunsets, and boating, baking and entertaining. Jada was very creative, enjoying crafting, party planning, and decorating for events. She also enjoyed traveling to Vegas to see the many shows, attending local plays and theater events, traveling to the EAA Fly-in and Lifefest. The most important part of Jada's life was her family she loved so dearly. Her sons meant the world to her, and she took great pride in their accomplishments, enjoying watching them participate in sports and other activities.

She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Dave; sons, Dylan Went of Rhinelander, and Avrom Barr of Rhinelander; two stepsons, Brandon Barr of Greenwood and Liam Barr of Eagle River; mother, LuAnn Solberg of Rhinelander, siblings, Billy-Joe (Lisa) DeLong of Valrico, Fla,, one nephew, Darren DeLong, step-niece, Ashley Nantz, and a step-nephew, Josh Nantz; her in-laws, Thomas and Betty Barr of Andover, Minn., brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, James (Diane) Barr of Hugo, Minn., Katherine Holmgren of Spring Lake Park, Minn., and Mike (Danielle) Barr of Ham Lake, Minn. Also surviving are special aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and many friends.

Jada is preceded in death by her father, Ron, grandma, Judy Garbisch, grandpa, Rueben Garbisch.

The visitation for Jada will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Hildebrand Funeral Home, from 10 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service. Bishop Steve Price will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Jada may be given to the Northern Lights Church.
